To help us solve a problem quickly, include the app name and version (shown in the app’s Settings), your device model and software version (Settings › General › About), and a short description or screenshot of what happened.
Open the app’s Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy it. Purchases with Family Sharing turned on can be restored by members of your family group.
App Store purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Not at present. WriteSimply is a one-time paid app, and SkySlate is free to try with an optional one-time upgrade.
